1. REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR LEGAL SERVICES

The Housing Authority of the City of Santa Barbara (HACSB) is currently requesting proposals from qualified law firms for the processing of tenant evictions and unlawful detainer actions.
HACSB currently owns and manages over 1400 affordable housing rental units in Santa Barbara consisting of low-income seniors, disabled persons, chronically homeless persons, families, former
foster youth, and workforce households. We are seeking a firm that will provide expertise in legal guidance and representation regarding tenant and leasing issues while also assisting our agency in
crafting lawful solutions that are in keeping with our mission to work with our tenants and avoid eviction whenever possible.
Proposals shall be prepared in accordance with the below linked instructions and will be evaluated by the Housing Authority as specified in the Evaluation of Proposals portion of the RFP. Please refer to our website for any updates or changes to this Request for Proposals.
Proposals are due no later than 4:00 PM (PST) ON MONDAY OCTOBER 7, 2024.

2. REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT SERVICES

The Housing Authority of the City of Santa Barbara (HACSB) is soliciting proposals for Residential Support Services, a site-based case management and service coordination program for residents of HACSB’s newest Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) development. HACSB is seeking to collaborate with a local social service organization specializing in case management, service coordination (including primary and behavioral health), and harm reduction services. Supportive services will be provided to a variety of PSH residents with limited incomes, including formerly homeless individuals, as well as persons with disabilities and/or special needs. Qualified organizations are encouraged to submit proposals that reflect their capacity to provide the scope of services outlined in the RFP.
PROPOSALS are due no later than 5:00 PM, September 30, 2024.
