1. SECTION 8 PROJECT-BASED VOUCHER PROGRAM (PBV)

The Housing Authority of the City of Santa Barbara (HACSB) is inviting developers of rental projects within the city of Santa Barbara to submit proposals for participation in the Section 8 Project Based Voucher Program (PBV). PBV assistance is available for up to 75 units under this RFP. Applications will be accepted for new construction projects for properties that have regulatory agreements dictating an affordability period of no less than 40 years and for properties serving seniors and/or special needs households.

PROPOSALS DUE August 5, 2024 at 10:00 a.m.
