The Housing Authority of the City of Santa Barbara is now accepting applications for the following Senior Tax Credit unit. Applicants must meet income criteria to qualify and be at least 62 years old.

1 Bedroom upstairs unit located at 521 N. La Cumbre Rd.

-Maximum Rent is $1,850
-Security Deposit is $900
-Tenant is responsible for gas, electricity, water, and sewer. Landlord pays for trash service.
-Unit includes washer/dryer hookups.
-Minimum 1 person/Maximum 2.
-No Smoking allowed.
-One pet considered with additional pet deposit.
-Applications will be ranked according to date and time received.
-Once unit is filled all applications received will be cancelled

PREFERENCES:
**Resident: I/we live, work, or have been hired to work within the South Coast region of Santa Barbara County.
**Unassisted: I/my household is not currently receiving ongoing rental assistance from the Housing Authority or any other agency.
**Working Family: I or a member of my household is employed or has been hired to work within Southern Santa Barbara County.
**US Legal Family Member: I or at least one member of my household is a legal resident of the United States.
**Veteran: I, or a member of my household, is a Veteran or active member of the US Armed Forces, or a spouse or surviving spouse of a Veteran.
**Senior: Confirm that you are 62 years old older

Income Qualification:
Applicants must have income at or below 60% AMI
Maximum Gross Annual Income for 1 person: $74,160/Maximum for 2 persons: $84,720
Minimum Gross Annual Income guideline of $35,000
