630 Bath Street:
The “make-over” of these four older “box-style” former HUD public housing units, complete with flat roofs, was undertaken by the Housing Authority with the goal of capturing the character of the neighborhood and surrounding homes. The result was two East Coast “salt box” style buildings—a renovation that stays true to this particular Santa Barbara neighborhood. The residents proudly call these units “home,” and the neighbors are proud to have this affordable housing development in their neighborhood.
231-233 W. Ortega Street:

Both units are fully handicapped accessible and offer individual washer/dryer hookups, on-demand water heaters, room heat generated from the hydronic system from on-demand water heater, a roll-in shower (in one unit) and private patios.
