The Housing Authority of the City of Santa Barbara is now accepting applications for the following workforce housing unit located at 4455 Hollister Ave. Applicants must meet income criteria, and a brief income inquiry will be made to determine qualified applicants.

- Rent is $1,745
-Security Deposit is $1,745
-Landlord pays all utilities
-Maximum 2 persons
-NO Smoking allowed
-One pet considered with additional pet deposit
-Applications will be ranked according to preferences and date and time received
-Once unit is filled, all applications received will be cancelled

PREFERENCES:
**Resident: I/we live, work, or have been hired to work within the South Coast region of Santa Barbara County.
**Unassisted: I/my household is not currently receiving ongoing rental assistance from the Housing Authority or any other agency.
**US Legal Family Member: I or at least one member of my household is a legal resident of the United States.

Income Qualification:
Applicants must have income at or below 160% AMI
Maximum Gross Annual Income for 1 person: $165,000/Maximum for 2 persons: $189,000
Applicants must demonstrate a rent to income ratio of no more than 60%.

The Housing Authority DOES NOT charge application or processing fees. Unit will be shown to selected applicants by appointment only. Please do not attempt to view the unit.
