The Housing Authority of the City of Santa Barbara is seeking qualified proposals to select a General Contractor to oversee the construction of two proposed affordable housing projects: 915 E. Montecito Street, Santa Barbara, CA and/or 305 Rancheria Street, Santa Barbara, CA.
