The Housing Authority of the City of Santa Barbara is soliciting sealed bids to replace exterior siding, windows and slider doors at an apartment complex located at 224 West Ortega Street in Santa Barbara, California. The scope of work is per plans and specifications. The work will include but is not limited to demolition, siding, windows, slider door, painting, and clean-up.
